Our Resource Consent team receives and processes over 1,000 resource consents each year, including; subdivision consents, land use consents, planning certificates for sale of liquor, designations, right of way applications, outline plans and waivers. The team also:
- provides advice and assistance around the resource consents process
- processes the resource consents
- carries out post-approval inspections for resource consents ie Engineering and Monitoring
- processes LIM reports and property information requests

Our main office in Ngaruawahia deals with all duty planner enquiries, we also have Resource Consent staff including planners in our Tuakau office who will respond to duty planner enquiries as appropriate.
