For urgent requests about essential services like drinking water, noise control, urgent dog or animal calls, requests for cemetery assistance (burials), you can call us 24 hours a day, seven days a week on free phone 0800 492 452.

To report a problem or get in touch with us in person, over the phone, by email and via social media, check out our list of options below.

    If you have noticed a non-urgent problem in our district that requires our attention (roading, waters, animals, litter etc.), or have questions regarding one of our services (refuse, recycling, billing etc.) you can log a request via our online Report it tool or through the Antenno app.

    If you want to talk to an engineer, health officer, planner or need specialist advice, please contact our call centre.
