  • Get your creativity and innovation caps on, and join us for fun, free LEGO Club sessions these school holidays!

    All ages welcome, DUPLO available for younger children.

  • Get Ready for Fun in the Sun!

    Join us for an exciting morning of Outdoor Games at the Tamahere Hub!

    Bring your family, friends, or neighbours and enjoy friendly competition with a variety of classic lawn games like beanbag toss, giant connect four, giant jenga, and more!

    Whether you're looking to test your skills or just have fun in the fresh air, there's something for everyone.

  • Create a windchime using CDS.

  • Participants can do this activity in the library or take it home with them.  Use dice to determine what to draw.

    Open to all ages.

  • Get creative at our Rock Painting Event!

    Join us for a fun and relaxing time where you’ll paint your very own rock masterpiece. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned artist, this session is for everyone!

    Here’s the best part:

    • Create at least one painted rock for our Rock Hunt Competition, which will take place later in the holidays.
    • Take home your own painted rock—we'll have plenty of rocks available for you to paint and keep!

    This event is free and all materials are provided. Just bring your creativity and a smile!

  • Get ready for a fun and creative adventure in our Children's Salt Art Class! Kids can explore their artistic side by using salt to create colourful and textured masterpieces.

  • Don’t Miss Out! Grab your family and friends and join us for an unforgettable hour of Bingo and Quiz fun. Let the games begin!

  • In this hands-on session, kids will learn how to design and create their own beautiful bracelets using colourful beads, threads, and charms.

    Keep for yourself  to use as a journal or you can gift to a loved one.

  • Let your child’s creativity soar in our fun Bamboo Kite Making Session! In this hands-on class, kids will design and build their very own kites using bamboo frames, paper, and string.

  • Participants will create and decorate a cute paper fan. Target audience 5-13 years.
