The Dirty Dog Challenge is a 2.5km or 6km obstacle course that you do with your furry-friend by your side.
Waikato District Council and Hamilton City Council are excited to be teaming up again for this unique event, to be held on Saturday 27 July in Ngaaruawaahia.
If your dog loves running, climbing, water and mud, and you don't mind getting a bit grubby, then this is the event for you!
WHEN: Saturday 27 July 2024
START TIMES: 10.30am or 1.30pm
WHERE: Christian Youth Camp, 48 Waingaro Road, Ngaaruawaahia
EVENT DISTANCES: 2.5km or 6km
COST: $60.00 for one person and one dog. $30 extra is payable for an additional runner (please note, you may only have one additional runner and the second runner must be at least eight years old).
All funds raised will go towards Hamilton City Council and Waikato District Council's desexing programmes.
There will be an area where you and your dog can clean off before you leave (imagine having to clean the inside of your car if you didn't!).
