This is the current District Plan which sets the rules for how the district’s land can be used, developed and subdivided and is reviewed every 10 years. It’s a statutory document developed under the Resource Management Act 1991 (RMA). As there
are two parts to the district, you will need to check whether your property is within the Waikato portion or the Franklin portion.
