On 31 July 2020 the Independent Hearings Panel (the “Panel”) made its decision on the provisions and matters raised in submissions on the Raglan Landward Navigation Beacon (the “Decision”) in the Proposed Waikato District Plan (“PDP”).
The full decisions of the Panel encompassing consideration of submissions on both Stages 1 and 2 of the PDP collectively ("Full Decisions") were released on 17 January 2022. The Panel has decided to make an exception to this, by releasing the Decision on the Raglan Landward Navigation Beacon Height Restriction Plane in advance of the release of the Full Decisions.
