Every residential pool must be inspected every 3 years, within 6 months either side of the anniversary of the pool’s completion.
We will notify you when an inspection is pending.
If the pool does not pass the inspection and is deemed non-compliant you will be advised as to how to meet compliance and be given a reasonable time frame to achieve compliance. Failure to meet compliance will mean that Council may issue
you with a Notice to Fix.
