The Tamahere Community Committee’s role is to discuss and assist with issues concerning the local community.
These meetings are held at Tamahere Community Centre, 21 Devine Road, Tamahere, unless otherwise stated or advertised on the Council’s Events page.
All members of the public are invited to attend.

Tamahere Park Grand Opening
Tamahere Community Committee and Waikato District Council invite you to join us for the official opening and blessing of Tamahere Park.
Come along to celebrate this momentous occasion with all the people who made it possible.
Activities on the day include skating demonstrations from local skaters; a brand new Haka and waiata from Tamahere Model Country School, tree planting from local tamariki and a blessing from Ngati Haua.
A coffee cart will be on site to purchase tea and coffee after the blessing.
