Waikato District Council adopted the Trade Waste and Wastewater Bylaw 2023 on 11 July 2023, following public consultation from 21 September – 21 November 2022. This Bylaw also came into effect on 11 July 2023.
Trade Waste and Wastewater is regulated through a Bylaw to control quality, quantity and to recover costs of collection and treatment.
