The Annual General Meeting of the Horsham Downs Hall and Community Committee is to be held on Tuesday 6 September 2022, at 7:30pm in the Horsham Downs Hall, 6 Martin Lane, Horsham Downs.
Final date to receive office nominations is Friday 2 September 2022.
All Waikato District Council ratepayers who contribute to the Horsham Downs Community Centre (check the "Rates Assessment" section on the rear of your rates notice) are eligible to participate and vote at the AGM.
