This extraordinary Council meeting is being called to seek the Council’s approval to the:

  • Waikato District Alliance – approval of remaining variations and increase to approved contract sum; and

     

  • the 20/037 Playground and Minor Works contract – approval to award.

 

Notes: It is proposed that the principal matter to be discussed at this meeting will be considered with the public excluded.
