Publicly notified resource consent application at 635 State Highway 23 Whatawhata

 

The time frame for receiving submissions has been extended. Submissions now close at 5pm Monday, 6 April 2020.

Section 95A of the Resource Management Act 1991

Waikato District Council has received the following application:

Applicant:   G & S Singleton Heritage Limited

Proposal:     Application for a Resource Consent to create eight additional lots from two existing titles in the Rural Zone. As result of the proposed subdivision; the following land use non-compliances are created. 

  • To exceed site coverage within Lot 8;
  • To locate existing accessory buildings within the internal building setbacks with respect to the new allotment boundaries of proposed Lots 3, 8 and 10.

Location:     635 State Highway 23 WHATAWHATA being Lot 1 DPS 12627 & Lot 2 DPS 12627

(formerly known as the Westlands Golf Course)

The application includes an assessment of environmental effects.

Any person may make a submission on the application.  You may do so by emailing your submission to consent.submissions@waidc.govt.nz or sending your written submission to Waikato District Council, Private Bag 544, Ngaruawahia 3742.  The submission must be on form 13.

Submissions close at 5pm on Monday, 6 April 2020.

You must serve a copy of your submission on G & S Singleton Heritage Limited, whose address for service is Cheal Consultants Limited PO Box 41, Waikato Mail Centre, Hamilton 3240 or email philipb@cheal.co.nz  as soon as reasonably practicable after you have served your submission to Waikato District Council.
