Proposed Amendment to the Cemeteries Bylaw 2016

Waikato District Council is seeking feedback on the proposed amendments to the Cemeteries Bylaw 2016.

Proposed changes to the Bylaw are:

  • Amend clause 6.2 to allow plots to be pre-purchased at any time.
