Stopping of a portion of Unformed Factory Road, Otaua

In accordance with the Tenth Schedule of the Local Government Act 1974, the Waikato District Council hereby gives notice that the portion of unformed Factory Road at Otaua, described in the Schedule, is declared to be stopped and ceases to be legal road.
