Notice is hereby given that the Waikato District Council proposes to stop the unformed road from Hoods Landing Road to the unformed portion of Factor Road.
First Schedule (Road to be stopped and amalgamated)
• 4186 sqm being Section 1 SO 500754
It is proposed that once stopped, that Section 1 SO 500754 be amalgamated with the adjoining land being Part Lot 2 DP 53932 contained in certificate of title NA26D/1421.
A plan showing the proposal is available for viewing at the Waikato District Council Service Centre at 2 Dominion Road, Tuakau.
Objections to the proposal, giving grounds for the objection, must be made by any person claiming to be affected, and addressed to:
The Property Officer, Waikato District Council, Private Bag 544, Ngaruawahia.
Such objections must be received by Council no later than 13 December 2016.
