Easter Trading Policy

We want to know what you think about shops being open on Easter Sunday. Due to a recent change in legislation councils can now develop a policy that could allow shops to open on Easter Sunday. If developed, the policy would allow shops in the Waikato district to open but it would not be able to specify any criteria or restrictions, such as types of shops, hours or purposes.
