NOTICE is hereby given that an extraordinary meeting of the Waikato District Council will be held in the Council Chambers, District Office, 15 Galileo Street, Ngaruawahia on WEDNESDAY 29 JUNE 2016 commencing at 1.00pm.
The purpose of the meeting is to consider and adopt a proposed Record of Agreement and supporting documentation in relation to the potential formation of a sub-regional water and waste water CCO.
Note: In the event that the business of any Committee is not concluded on the advertised date, the meeting may be continued on a later date scheduled by the Committee prior to adjournment.
This notice is given under section 46 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987.
