The Registrar of the High Court of New Zealand at Hamilton invites tenders for the purchase of the following property:

Situated at 35 Kimihia Road, Huntly the property comprises a 1,550 square metre elongated shaped front block which is currently overgrown. Improvements to the property comprise a 1940s dwelling which externally appears to be in fair condition. The property is zoned as “Living” under the Waikato District Council Operative District Plan.

The property is legally described as an estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1,550 square metres more or less being Lot 8 on Deposited Plan 21336 comprised in Computer Freehold Register SA1203/154.

Tenders should be in writing and delivered or sent to the Registrar of the High Court of New Zealand, Hamilton Registry in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Tender for 35 Kimihia Street, Huntly – Rating Sale”, to be in the hands of the Registrar by Friday the 2nd day of October at 4.00 pm.

The Application to Sell and the Particulars & Conditions of Sale may be inspected at the office of the Registrar of the High Court at Hamilton without payment of any fee at any time during office hours prior to the sale.
