River Road and Lake Road roundabout

Intersection transformation to support increased turning traffic movements.  A roundabout is proposed similar to the Rover Road/Horotiu Bridge Road roundabout.  A preliminary design will be developed to establish key design considerations.

Project Update

June 2024 - The project commenced 12/2023 with permitted works (service relocations, fencing and stormwater construction) being completed.  Works are now underway for the roundabout construction, commencing with the NE corner.
