Workshop: Managing Bridges on Driveways that are serving Private Property (Public Excluded)

The Roading Team would like to seek direction from Councillors on how to manage bridges on private driveways or bridges used only for private access.

The public is excluded from this workshop on specific grounds under section 48(1) of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 under section 

7(2)(g) - to protect legally privileged information,

7(2)(h) - to enable local authority holding the information to carry out, without prejudice or disadvantage, commercial activities.
