Shape the future of your community – Hopuhopu

Location: GATE 3, Hopuhopu Sports Park, 451 Old Taupiri Road
Date:

Following the questionnaire shared at the end of 2022, we are now hosting a series of drop-in sessions in Ngaaruawaahia, Taupiri and Hopuhopu to help to inform our work on the Ngaaruawaahia, Hopuhopu and Taupiri Structure Plan & Ngaaruawaahia Town Centre Plan.

Drop-in sessions provide an opportunity to shape and build your communities!

Drop-in at any stage over the three-hour period to share your voice!

Council experts and other key agencies will be in attendance to help to answer questions and to support capturing your feedback to ensure it is considered through the development of these plans.

What is a Structure Plan and Town Centre Plan?
These plans help guide where we need to provide for housing, infrastructure, parks and playgrounds, community facilities, walking cycling connections, and other key features and need to be updated accordingly to reflect changing community needs.
