Plan Change 16: Tuakau Public Info Session

Plan Change 16 involves residential and industrial zoning and planning changes designed to help manage future growth in Tuakau.  The Plan Change is needed to get Stage One underway of the Tuakau Structure Plan that was adopted in December 2014 after wide community consultation, and that provides a 30 year planning framework for future growth.

Waikato District Council planning staff will be on hand at this public drop-in for Tuakau residents to find out about the proposed Plan Change for the township and how they can have a say about it.
