All State Highways are looked after and maintained by the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA). You will need to visit their website for more information.
Cycle race event
All northbound vehicles will exit at Wairere Drive onto Te Rapa Road to rejoin SH1C.
Southbound lanes will be unaffected and will remain open at all times.
Emergency Services will be given priority through the worksite.
Detour route for vehicles needing to exit onto Great South Road from East Mine Road will be along Russel Road then right onto Bailey Street then right onto Fletcher Street then exit onto Great South Road.
Matangi Road, Hillcrest closed at the Morrinsville Road intersection).

14 and 15 May from 7am to 7pm.
Cross-culvert replacement
Detour 1- Northbound: SH39 to Fullerton Rd to Duck Rd and Back onto Laxon Rd.
Detour 2 - Southbound: Cemetery Rd to Lindsay Rd to Laxon Rd.
Residents will still be able to access their properties during this time.
Everyday our workers are out making the roads safer. And everyone can help keep them safe.
When you see a roadworks sign, always slow down and be ready to stop.
